Description of Practice

Everyone is welcome from all ages, all walks of life, and all faith traditions. I will companion those through the joys and challenges of life while seeking sacred connections. I am open to group spiritual direction and discernment circles for life decisions.

Prayer; spiritual growth in life seasons; spiritual formation/practices with youth/youth pastors and others; discernment circles for life decisions, self-care; group spiritual direction.

My own life journey allowed me to know the joys and challenges that each life season brings while seeking to make sacred connections. My 20 plus years working with young people, and resourcing, supporting church leaders have shaped me into a seasoned confidential listener.
