Description of Practice

Individual Spiritual Direction/Guidance, as well as group retreats, sessions, and worship, with a focus on eco-spirituality. I am available to meet in person, online, or phone. When meeting in person, I like to offer the option of having sessions outdoors while we walk together in a park or trail.
