Description of Practice

I approach spiritual direction as a unique contemplative practice that nurtures our most intimate and fundamental relationship as human beings: our connection with God, the source and ground of our being. Like any relationship, our relationship with God requires attention, intention and continued nurturing. I seek to support you in that process through deep and reflective listening, combined with a commitment to offer ongoing support and accountability on your spiritual journey. Particular areas of interest for me include: contemplative prayer practices, Enneagram work, Christian mysticism, ecumenical and inter-faith dialog, aging and end-of-life issues, clergy care, poetry and creative writing.
