Description of Practice
I love meeting with others, individually and in groups, to help them explore and advance their spiritual lives, to awaken to the presence of God in all of life, and to respond in growing relationships of freedom and commitment. By grace, I provide prayerful support, active listening, and assistance with discernment in an environment of safety and acceptance. I have specific training in offering the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, and years of experience in the formation and supervision of spiritual directors. I'm especially drawn to working with those navigating through storms and suffering, having been there myself, and to seeking healing and hope.
