Description of Practice

I focus on assisting your exploration of whole-being health (body, mind, emotions and soul) through dialogue, creative arts or bodywork to tap into soul wisdom. Bodywork in combination with spiritual direction allows you to reach a deeper expanded state of inner awareness, making this combination ideal to address any inner child, ancestral or archetype/personality/parts that limit full access to inner soul wisdom. You direct the session. I am trained in a variety of holistic medicine approaches that complement your spiritual direction session including Zero Balancing and Process Acupressure. In person or virtual session via phone or Zoom.

Brief statement
