Description of Practice
I am especially interested in the intersections of spirituality, leadership, and organizational governance. My aim is to help leaders of both faith-based and secular organizations grow spiritually, and bring their whole, maturing selves to their leadership role, regardless of the context.
My practice is based at Pathways Retreat (www.pathwaysretreat.org).

Brief statement
My mission in life is to lovingly reveal, fiercely defend, and joyfully celebrate all that is precious in the world.
We need more people who recognize their own dignity – their preciousness – and the preciousness of the people around them. We need more leaders who act from that frame. We need more groups that operate in healthy and life-giving ways.
My own life journey has taught me these truths, and brought me to a point where I can join with persons and groups in their efforts to claim those gifts. This is my vocation in the world.
