I completed my spiritual direction training through Sustainable Faith in 2020-2022. I also have a bachelors in Bible and masters degree in Counseling from Cairn University (2012).

Active Practice

During my SD training, I facilitated individual and small group spiritual direction. I have begun my private practice in 2025.

Description of Practice

With a gentle, curious, and non-judgmental approach, I attend to the body’s wisdom and the heart’s movements. My work is informed by trauma awareness and insights from IFS/Parts Work. I have worked most often with young adult women waking-up to the wounds of their past and longing to find a new way to relate to God.

Availability

I am open to anyone, but have the most experience with women in their 20-30s who are new to contemplative faith. I am available for virtual SD sessions, both individual and small group, on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
